Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2.11, Internal order receipt in non primary UOM (transaction UOM) fails from mobile errors out even though a valid conversion exists for the item's transaction UOM.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Whse Mgmt > Inbound > Receive > Enter Requisition Number
2. Receive Item/ shipment in a different transaction UOM (non primary)> See error on the page.
(Note: Valid conversion exists for the item from Primary to Transaction UOM)
