R12:EBTAX: Publish RX Reports Not Generating Output for Spawns Financial Tax Register Report (Doc ID 2939975.1)

Symptoms

When report 'Financial Tax Register' is ran for given parameter, output data is fetched. But when ran 'Publish RX Report' with spawns request id, no data is fetched and also request is completed successfully.

Steps to Run the Report
----------------------------

Navigate to Payable Responsibility/ Tax Manager Responsibility
Go to View > Request > Submit New request
Enter Report Name with Mandate parameter
Click on Submit
