Symptoms
An Intragovernmental Transactions (IGT) Order was accepted by the servicing agency but the order was not showing up in G-invoicing system as the Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program errored.
The message in the log file: 'Exception raised in interface Connection timed out (Connection timed out)'
Steps to Reproduce
----------------------
- Order is approved and processed on the Treasury site
- Submitted Intragovernmental Orders Interface push program errors.
- Order is not found when expected in G-Invoicing
- Rerunning the Intragovernmental Orders Interface does not pick up the expected order.
