11.5.10.x Installation Fails on Red Hat Server With Error While Loading shared libraries: libdb.so.3 (Doc ID 294043.1)

Symptoms

A fresh 11.5.10.x installation fails on Red Hat Advanced Server. InstallActions log shows the following error :
