ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running CLE: German VAT Detailed Transaction Report(1), observed that some transactions are having tax amount and invoice amount displayed doubled in report output.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to have the correct amounts displayed in CLE: German VAT Detailed Transaction Report(1) report output.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Ran CLE: German VAT Detailed Transaction Report(1).
