WIP REST API GetWorkOrderSummaryList not getting data for greater than 30 days interval.

After tested the getWorkOrderSummaryList() API observed that the API is returning data only for work orders updated within 30 days interval.

daysToGo parameter is not considered for larger than 30 values.
