Unable To Upload WebADI Without Connecting To Apps First (Doc ID 294088.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


When users try to upload a WebADI journal they are told they do not have the access rights:

You do not have access to the upload process. Contact your system Administrator to grant access to the responsibility you are using.

A work around is to open the application first but this is inadequate.
