On : 12.2.11 version, Purchase Order

When attempting to open Manage Tax form, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing responsibility
2. Open PO Summary form, query an existing PO and open the PO
3. Navigate to Actions-> Manage Tax menu from Purchase Order form and the error occurs
