When attempting to run Maintenance Work Order Detail Report from Maintenance Super User responsibility,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The concurrent request XXXX didnot create an output file

Note : able to successfully run this report "Maintenance Work Order Detail Report" from Enterprise Asset Management responsibility


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Maintenance Super User responsibility,
2. Reports > Run Maintenance Work Order Detail Report
3. View error message "The concurrent request XXXX didnot create an output file
