Symptoms

After database upgrade to 19.0.0.0.0 when creating a balance dimension it doesn't create database item and fast formula is compiling with below error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to HRMS Manager > Total Compensation > Basic> Balance

2. Create the balance

3. Click on Feeds button and Add balance feeds

4. Click on Dimensions button and Add balance dimension - "Assignment Processing Period To Date"

5. Navigate to HRMS Manager > Total Compensation > Basic> Write Formula

6. Create a fast formula and use the balance as database item

ALIAS BALANCE_NAME_ASG_PTD AS SERVICE_BAL

7. Save the formula to compile and error occurs

Changes

 Database upgrade to 19.0.0.0.0
