Symptoms

Submit process and reports > Single Request > Year End Pre Processor > for one Government Reporting Entity (GRE) fails with error.

One GRE YEPP fails with error HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR
SQLERRMC ORA-20001: HR_34988_TERMINATE_THREAD
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_UTILITY", line 903
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_NONRUN_ASACT", line 200
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_NONRUN_ASACT", line 649
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_NONRUN_ASACT", line 1091
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_NONRUN_ASACT", line 3752
ORA-06512: at line 2

 

The first error indicates there are multiple threads and the worker log files should be reviewed:
