Last updated on JUNE 14, 2015

Applies to:

Oracle Cost Management - Version 11.5.9 to 12.1.3 [Release 11.5 to 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

You are using the Intercompany feature to do internal shipments between 2 internal locations. The 2 organizations are in different operating units. When shipments
are performed to or from Org 1, the PPV account is charged in one organization.

The intercompany transaction is not costing the transfer price, based on the price list associated to the bill to of the internal customer. The costing on the transfer price is done on a different price list, where the precedence is least.

Example:
Our Internal Location Customer Bill to’s Price List is associated to Transfer Price – Cost and its precedence value is 120. However, there is one Price List Transfer Price List where the value is different than the cost and the precedence value is 100.
