Goal
During EBS Upgrade from 12.2.x to 12.2.x - can we apply "AD/TXK Release Update patches and AD/TXK Critical patches" and "12.2.x RUP" in the same ADOP Patch cycle ?
Scenario -- Already on 12.2.x and want to upgrade AD/TXK Release Update level and 12.2.x RUP code-level
-- Either following 1617461.1 (latest AD/TXK Release update (n) ) OR 1903052.1 (n-1 AD/TXK Release update)
