Symptoms
Unable to complete sales orders, one line having booked status and workflow for this line in error.

Failed Activity Ship

Error Name -20001
Error Message ORA-20001:

Retry Error
Retry of Ship failed
Error: Failed to import the order line because the ordered quantity or order quantity UOM is invalid.
Error: Failed to import the order line because Create_Delivery_Details failed.
Workflow activity Ship has failed. Please fix the errors and retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as OM Super User Responsibility & Navigate: Orders, Returns -> Sales Orders
2. Create Sales Order
3. Process Sales Order
4. Sales order with 62 lines. All lines are closed except one with status Booked. Unable to close
5. Sales order line shows - Workflow error ORA-20001
6. Retried the Workflow Activity, received error:
Message :Error: Failed to import the order line because the ordered quantity or order quantity UOM is invalid.
