When attempting to run the program Archive WMS Tasks,
the following error occurs in the log file.

ERROR
[09-JAN-23 08:52:59] WMS_TASK_ARCHIVE: ARCHIVE_WMS_TASKS : Eligible records not found for Archiving for date range provided...
[09-JAN-23 08:52:59] WMS_TASK_ARCHIVE: ARCHIVE_WMS_TASKS : fnd_api.g_exc_error :1
[09-JAN-23 08:52:59] WMS_TASK_ARCHIVE: ARCHIVE_WMS_TASKS : fnd_api.g_exc_error :User-Defined Exception

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Warehouse Manager
2. Run the program Archive WMS Tasks
(N): View > Requests > Submit a New Request > Select program name : Archive WMS Tasks
