EAM Data Load Completes in Error java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00903: invalid table name (Doc ID 2942500.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Enterprise Asset Management full Data Load for dashboards, the following error occurs.
The issue started after upgrading ECC version from V7 to V9.

ERROR

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00903: invalid table name

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Submit Request screen.
2. Select Enterprise Asset Management Command Center Data Load.
3. Submit with Load Type = FULL_LOAD.
4. Concurrent request completes with Error.
