Symptoms

When user clicks on the Export Spreadsheet button the following error displays

ERROR
-------------
Not Found
The Requested URL/ pls/XXXXX/OracleSSWA.Execute was not found




STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Expenses Home page
2. Click on the Export Spreadsheet button
3. View error
