Pricing Attribute Fields Are Not Available For The "Actuals" Advanced Table On The HTML Service Charges Page (Doc ID 2942635.1)

In release 12.2.10 and above, enhancements to simplify the HTML Charges Page were introduced.
There have been several new pages created to consolidate functionality and require fewer clicks and scrolling.
Prior to 12.2.10 the Charges Actual region used the ChargeEOVO.xml file which included several pricing flexfield attributes that could be used for personalizations.
With the Simplified Charges Enhancements the replacement page, CsChargeSummaryVO.xml, did not include these attributes.

STEPS

1) (R) Customer Support Specialist
2) (N) Home > Agent Dashboard
3) Create a Service Request
4) Select Actions> 'Charges and Service Logistics' from the drop down
5) Click on Personalize
6) The pricing flexfield attributes are not available for personalization.

Changes

 Upgrade Service to 12.2.10 or higher
