ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Resources form, tabbing out from "Variance Account" field opens "Changeovers Times" window.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In Resources form, tabbing out from "Variance Account" field does not open "Changeovers Times" window.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. N) Bills of Material > Routings > Resource > Query a Resource with type as Miscellaneous
2. Click on ‘3 Dots’ on the Variance Account Variance Account opens up
3. Click on Okay -Un-usual behaviour – The changeover times form opens up
