When trying to access the Financial Tab or WorkPlan Tab, getting the below error even though program is not enabled for the project

Error:
"This page is restricted for Program enabled projects"(PA_PMC_NOSUPPORT_PGM)

Steps:

1. Go into the Project Super User responsibility

2. Open the Project

3. Navigate to Financial Plan or Workplan Tab
