Move Transactions With Generic Error Message "Some Records In This Group Cause Errors" For Serialized Jobs (Doc ID 2943137.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to process serialized move transactions, the following error occurs for all records from the group regardless if they are correct or not:

FND Log shows the following error:

return status: U
info: current serial location missmatch


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert multiple records into WIP_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE for same group
2. Insert SN records in WIP_SERIAL_MOVE_INTERFACE
3. If one of the SNs will not reside in the From Operation or in the From Intraoperation step, the issue occurs.
4. [R] Work in Process
5. [N] Move Transactions > Pending Move Transactions form
6. Check the records in error
7. All record from the same group is failing with the generic error.
