Symptoms

For few of the items , On Hand quantity value is too large and cannot be issued out of the application using forms due to error.
There was no error when the incorrect Misc receipt was performed however, there is an error when trying to issue this quantity out

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Transactions > Misc issue
2. Enter Item > tab out > See error on the form
