When Printing Form 941 -PDF for 2023, "The document could not be printed" Error Occurs and the PDF Opens the 2022 Form Instead of 2023. (Doc ID 2943326.1)

Symptoms

After applying the Q1 2023 Patch 35167465:R12.PAY.C, the first quarter 941 form cannot be printed due to an error.  Also, when opening the PDF form, the wrong 941 form is displayed.  It is opening the 2022 941 instead of the 2023 941 form.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply patch 35167465(Q1 2023 SPWL & JIT STATUTORY UPDATE FOR 122).

  2.  Login to US HRMS Manager responsibility

  3. Submit "Quarterly Tax Return Worksheet (Form 941 - PDF)" for 31-MAR-2023.
    (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and reports > Single request
     
  4.  Once the request is completed, click on "View Output" button.

  5.  Open the output with Adobe Acrobat and see incorrect 2022 941 form.  

  6.  Attempt to print the form and the error occurs.
