The Q1 2023 Statutory Update - <Patch 35167465:R12.PAY.C> / <Patch 35167465:R12.PAY.B> delivered new Pretax and Pretax Reductions balances for the State Spec1 (Portland Metro Supportive Housing Services) Tax type. "As these new balances are being delivered after the beginning of the year, balance adjustments will need to be performed for the above-listed balances (according to your business requirements) to account for prior payrolls that have already been processed for the current year.
