On : 12.2.8 version, Forms for App Technology

Unable to open sales orders form.
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-04067: not executed, does not exist
ORA-01403: no data found

Steps to replicate
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to >Orders, Returns >Order Organizer
