IProcurement Requisition Description Search Errors: No search criteria entered. (Doc ID 2943660.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, Requisition Management

With 12.2.4 version, in iProcurement Requisition Search window, user was able to enter partial Requisitiion information in the Requisition Description field and could perform a wide search with criteria ‘Requisition Created’ = ‘Any Time’.

But in upgraded 12.2.11 instance it is prompting user to enter more information before returning results with below message.

No search criteria entered. Please enter search criteria and then press the ‘Go’ button to find requisition.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement > Requisitions tab
2. Requisitions Search with following criteria:
  - Include people from all organizations
  - Requisition Created: Anytime
  - Requisition Description: %OLS
3. User encounters the reported error

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.11 (this can also include upgrade to release 12.2.9).
