R12: IBY: CPA-005 XML Payment Template Produces No Output File (Doc ID 2943670.1)

1. Create a Payment Template (CPA-005) for standard Data Definition

2. Submit a Payment Process Request using the newly created template Template CPA-005

3. The PPR completes with no error and no output

If the Data Definition in the template is different than the xml, there will be no output.
