Symptoms

When attempting to get the EBS login page after enabling TLS
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
This site can’t be reached, The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Changes

Upgraded EBS to 12.2.10 from 12.1.3

Enable TLS following the steps from the Note: Enabling TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1367293.1)
