Symptoms

Unable to create dock appointment - Error 'Dock door XXXX is not empty'

The Dock Door 'XXXX' is not empty while creating the dock appointment. There is no pending appointment within table wms_dock_appointments_b.

SELECT * FROM APPS.WMS_DOCK_APPOINTMENTS_B WHERE DOCK_ID=YYYY ORDER BY START_TIME DESC;

Error

Dock Door XXXX is not empty.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Create Dock Appointment form. (Navigation: Warehouse Manager -> Outbound Logistics -> Dock Assignment)
2. Select the dock.
3. Enter carrier and trip details.
4. Select today's date for appointment.
5. Click Ok button and see the error.
