Menu Tabs Missing On Projects Home Page For User/Responsibility (Doc ID 294382.1)

Symptoms

Only the Project tab is showing in the Project Home page in Self Service. The other menu tabs (Resource/Financial/Reporting) are missing on Project Home page for user when using "Project Super User" responsibility.
