Symptoms

In Oracle iSupplier Portal, Release 12.2.5 through 12.2.10, the following objects are invalid after applying Patch 31741830:R12.POS.D:

package body POS_BATCH_IMPORT_PKG
package body POS_MERGE_SUPPLIER_PKG
package body POS_PRODUCT_SERVICE_BO_PKG
package body POS_VENDOR_REG_PKG

The package body compilation errors are below.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a list of invalid objects in the environment before applying the patch. The above-named objects are valid.
2. Apply Patch 31741830:R12.POS.D using all adop phases.
3. After the patch is applied, the above-listed objects are now invalid in the database.

The issue has the following business impact:
The business impact is unknown; however it is likely that there will be some functional issues that could occur as a result of these invalid objects.
