On : 12.2.8 version
When running the Actual Cost Process for the period, the following error occurs. This occurs on IBM AIX platform.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process
3. Submit Actual Cost Process for the period and view concurrent log file for error.
