PR One-time Address Linked to PO Line, Not to PO Shipment when using Autocreate (POXBWVRP) (Doc ID 2943858.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Purchase Order

Usually, when converting a PR to a PO the one time address is normally stored in an attachment linked to the PO Shipment.

But now the attachment is linked to the PO-line, not to the PO Shipment in below scenario:
- when using Autocreate (POXBWVRP) to first split the PR-line and then convert the PR-line to a PO
This causes problems in the PO Print program as the attachment containing the one-time delivery address is expected to be stored in an attachment linked to the PO Shipment.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create requisition - one time address is used.
2. Approve the requisition
3. Autocreate: Modify
   - change the quantity
   - add the line to a new PO using the ‘automatic’ process, ‘Create’ the PO
4. Purchase Order created is having the attachment at line level and not at shipment level.
