ORA-1403 No Data Found When Trying To Approve Adjustments In AR After Upgraded To 12.2 (Doc ID 2943882.1)

After upgrade to 12.2, when trying to approve adjustments, get error:

ORA-1403 no data found

FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06510

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager

Navigation:

1. Transactions -> Transactions
2. Query transaction
3. Control --> Adjustment --> Try to approve adjustments error
