Symptoms

When attempting to run 'Interface Service Costs to Projects' concurrent program,  the following error occurs:

The expenditure type is not active on the expenditure Item date


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Service responsibility.
2. Run 'Interface Service Costs To Projects' concurrent request.
