Symptoms
Create Accounting finishes with Warning and shows the following error:

A conversion type is required when the entered currency is different from the ledger currency. Please enter a conversion type for line 1.
A conversion type is required when the entered currency is different from the ledger currency. Please enter a conversion type for line 2.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Cash Management
2. Path: Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run Create Accounting
