Symptoms

Prerequisite:

Data is present for Journal Batch 'XYZ' in GL_JE_BATCHES table.

Search the Journal Batch in the Application:

Responsibility: General ledger
Navigation: Journals>Enter [ Search with Journal Batch 'XYZ']

Result: Unable to find the Journal Batch from the Application.
