Symptoms

 There are multiple lines or records shown for the same card in New Accounts screen,

The records belong to employees with multiple assignments in HR per all tables.

Steps to Reproduce

Login to Responsibility: Internet Expenses Setup and Administration

1.Credit Card transactions>New Accounts screen.

2.Query for any end dated card, find multiple records for employees with multiple assignments in HR per all tables.
