ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Post 12.2.11 Upgrade Items in OM can only be used with base UOM when defined
with "Item Specific" UOM Conversion.
1. On Item Master - UOM Conversion is "Item Specific"
2. Intra-class UOM conversion is defined.
3. On Order line when Item is entered with converted UOM and NOT the base UOM
below note appears and does not allow line to be saved
"Invalid Unit of measure for this item"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Defined Item with UOM conversion as Item Specific. Item Name :
T1_UOM_CONV2
2. Base UOM is BTL and Converted UOM is EA
3. On order line when enter item T1_UOM_CONV2 with converted UOM as EA - it
gives error : "Invalid Unit of measure for this item"
