ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

GST Regime not showing in the third party registration form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
GST Regime should show up in the third party registration form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Oracle Financials for India.
2) Party Registration > Define third party Registration.
3) Click on New.
4) Fill the Header Details.
5) At Line level, in Registration tab try to find the Regime from the List Of Values.
