Symptoms
On Customers Form when navigating on Accounts using arrow down from keyboard, the following errors occurs:
You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
- The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Close Window to proceed.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Create/Maintain Customers
1. Search for customer string such as Vision%
2. Try to press Down Arrow on the keyboard to navigate and you receive the above mentioned error
