Getting Error While Updating SR Primary Contact In Contacts /Addresses Tab of Service Request (Doc ID 2944796.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to change the Primary Contact from the Contacts / Addresses tab of the Service Request, the following error is thrown

ERROR
--------
"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package aa Procedure. CS_SRCONTACT_PKG.process"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Customer Support (R)
2) Find Service Request (N)
3) Open the Service Request and from the Contacts / Addresses tab, attempt to
     change the Primary contact to another contact when the error is thrown
