ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Find that a discount price break modifier is not applied when using a specific responsibility

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expects modifier to be applied when using this specific responsibility (RHM OM Order Entry-WSH )


NOTES
Pricing security is enabled.
The modifier in question privilege is global with maintain privilege.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter sales order header details
4. Enter sales order line
4. Save.
5. Find that Only 3 of the 4 expected modifier are applied.
  

WHAT DOES WORK
All works fine when using exact same date, but with a different responsibility
Also all works fine if order is entered from iStore
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter sales order header details
4. Enter sales order line
4. Save.
5. Find that All four modifiers are applied as expected
