Symptoms
After upgrading to 12.2.11 version, when running Purchase Order Interface import program (PDOI), there are now performance issues - when importing a large volume of data.
This also happen when using Autocreate functionality in the core application.
Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Load huge amount of data into Interface tables
3. Submit the Purchase Order Interface import program (PDOI)
4. Takes very long time to for this process to complete

Upgrade has taken place to 12.2.11.
