When attempting to run Enterprise Command Center (ECC) for Fixed Assets,
the following error is found in the log file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation: ECC Administrator Responsibility -> Submit Requests

2. Select "ECC Run Data Load" request > input parameters: Application : Assets, Load Type: Full Load
