List Assignments Form Not Showing Salary for Employees After a Retro Change Is Done for Salary (Doc ID 2945007.1)

Problem Statement:

The Salary is missing from List Assignments form if a retro changes is processed for an additional element entry of Salary Basic element.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to HRMS Responsibility.
2. Go to People > Enter and Maintain > search for one employee.
3. Go to Assignment > Go to Element Entries > 1 entry is displayed for Basic Salary for the current month (e.g. Nov-22 period).
4. Go to View --> List --> Assignment > Salary is displayed.
5. Date track to previous month > Go to Element Entries > add a Retro change for Salary Basic for previous period (e.g. Oct-22 period).
6. Go to View > Request > Submit a New request > Run Retropay by element.
7. Go to Element Entries for current period > 2 entries are created for Basic Salary in the current month (e.g. Nov-22 period).
8. Go to View --> List --> Assignment > The Salary is missing.
