GST: Purchase Order (PO) Receipts with Recoverable Taxes Are Not Available for Process Claim (Doc ID 2945031.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Purchase Order (PO) receipt with recoverable taxes not appearing in Process Claim form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Receipt should appear on Process Claim form when Recoverable Taxes are applied on same.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enter PO Receipt and select line items to receive.
    India Local Purchasing-> Oracle Purchasing-> Receiving -> Receipts
2. Go to Tools > India tax details and verify Taxes are appearing as recoverable at India Tax Details form.
3. Confirm Taxes at Receipt and save.
4. Open GST Claim Recovery form and query the Receipt.
    Oracle Financials For India-> Recovery Management-> Process Claim
5. Observe that no records are fetched.
