Symptoms

Concurrent program "Create Settlement batches" completed in error. The logs show the following error message:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06576: not a valid function or procedure name
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_TRANSACTIONEFT_PKG", line 2215
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_TRANSACTIONEFT_PKG", line 2215
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_TRANSACTIONEFT_PKG", line 1236
ORA-06512: at line 1

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with responsibility: Funds Capture Process Manager

2. Run request "Create Settlement Batches" program.

3. Wait for program to complete in error.

4. Click on "View Logs" button to see the error message.
