Symptoms

When trying to process resource transactions, they are failing in the interface withe the following error message even if the employee is active and assigned to the resource.

Employee Number not valid. Please re-enter


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Work in Process
2. [N] Resource Transactions > Pending Resource Transactions form
3. Query for transactions in error
4. Select one in error and click in Errors button.
