Unable to modify tax amount on AP invoice, getting an error
ERROR

APP-ZX-999967220:Tax amount cannot be updated when the tax value and basis of taxation equals zero
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payable Responsibility
2. Invoices> Entry > Invoices
3. Enter the details and do the validation
4. Try to modify the TAX information as per the business requirement
